The Abshot Community Centre is run by "Abshot community association". The Association is a voluntary organisation setup to run and maintain the facilities for local community groups. The Hall at the community centre is used for a wide veriaty of groups and activities from dance classes to church groups.
When the centre is not in use by community groups it is available for private hire. A bar is located off from the hall and run by the Sovereign socail club when required. There is also kitchen facilities available.

Sovereign Social Club
The Sovereign Social Club is situated within the community centre and is open 7 days a week.
